• Access to specific featured brands' exercises and workouts may require premium subscription.
• Your chosen "workout partner" on Fitbanx will be your preferred coach, trainer, athlete, or influencer who shares unique workouts and health insights through their designated "my partner" channel.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS:

Fitbanx is complimentary to download and features a 14-day trial period for unlocking premium access to all designated brands and exclusive workouts from your "workout partner" via the "my partner" channel. The platform offers a single auto-renewing subscription at $9.99 per month, granting customers unrestricted entry to all premium brand content, workouts, and videos in addition to the "workout partners" shared content on the "My Partner" channel. To avoid automatic renewal, users must disable this function in their iTunes Account Settings 24 hours before the current subscription period concludes.

IN-APP PURCHASES:

• Brands requiring premium access cannot distribute workouts or programs individually.
• Trainers, coaches, influencers, or athletes needing premium access to share workouts on your "My Partner" channel also cannot sell individual workouts through this channel.
